Erin Joanna Thames, Founder
Erin Thames, MPH, PMP, is the founder of A Climate of Change, a consulting firm that helps business owners and entrepreneurs increase their efficiency and impact. With a background in public health and project management, Erin is well-equipped to help her clients maximize their potential and reach their goals. As a consultant, Erin is passionate about helping her clients improve their operations, streamline their processes, and maximize their resources. Additionally, she provides guidance on how to be better stewards of the environment and how to make more sustainable choices.

How we work
Step 1: Need a change? Schedule a time to talk with us!
Step 2: Discovery- Chat with A Climate of Change to determine your business’ needs, gaps, goals, etc, and whether we would be a good fit.
Step 3: Solution and planning: After your onboarding call, we will work together to create a solution, as well as a plan to get the work done with as minimal interruption to your day to day work as possible.
Step 4: Implement: This is where the work is done
Step 5: Say See You Later- Just like Mary Poppins, we are here when you need us, and we let you go to thrive and prosper all on your own when the work is done. We will check in from time to time and come back if you ever need us again for something else.
